A cool feature of many iOS and Android apps, as well as Chrome apps, is the ability to connect them to your Google Drive account so you can read and/or write files. But what if you no longer use the app or it wasn't what you thought it would be? How do you disconnect it from Drive?
It's possible to disconnect these apps from your Google Drive web interface. Here's how:
- On the Google Drive page, click the Settings gear icon, and choose Settings.
- In the settings window that opens, click "Manage Apps" in the left hand pane (see image below).
- In the list, locate the app you want to disconnect and click the "Options" button to the right of the name.
- Click "Disconnect from Drive" (see image below).
That's it!
Choose "Manage Apps" from Settings
Under Options, click "Disconnect from Drive"
